• Final walk-through of property with Realtor
• Closing  : Bring cashier’s check for balance of DP and  closing costs
• Sign loan documents
• Loan funding
• Recording of title
• Receive keys, manuals, warranties  from Realtor
• Move in!
• Apply for Homestead Exemption ( if applicable ) as soon as you receive deed in the mail.
